"I always had phobia about ground floor. I complained and was not given a fair hearing. I didn't enjoy my stay there. I paid around $576 which i regretted. The staff on night shift the day I left was very helpful. I believe she would have listened to me when I made my complaint about ground floor"

"There were cigarrete burns on the bed. People were partying in the rooms. Loud, dirty, not a place to rest. If you want a place to take your friends to get drunk and play music all night, this is the place. You can tell they've put some work into fixing the place up but they need to enforce guest policies. I left and booked a room at another hotel, didn't stay even 10 minutes. I'm either asking for a refund or disputing it with my credit card company."

"The setting was unique and historic. Valet parking was fast and bellhop was helpful. Our room was a little small and the air never got very cold. Quiet and didn’t hear surrounding rooms. Bus stop across the street was a little sketchy."

"Adorable well decorated comfortable room. The staff was incredible! So friendly and welcoming. It is obvious how much they care about their guests."

"The rooms are very clean but the bed is hard. All of the staff in the food service area and bar are amazing. The lady who makes the omelets and waffles is friendly and makes a great omelet. The main issue I had was there were unsupervised children running everywhere and no one said anything. They were playing on the elevator and throwing things over the ledge at people on the bottom floor. I said something to the staff at the desk but I don’t think they cared. I definitely think there should be standards about how many people fit in a room. On a positive the hospitality hour is very nice and again the wait staff is amazing. We ordered wings and they were delicious. It’s a very nice hotel just needs to control the environment."

"My room smelled bad. Was unable to accommodate with adjoining rooms. No continental breakfast although it was advertised. The beds were comfortable at least, the pillows no so much. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to stay close to what we came for."
