"Horrible customer service from a check in agent. Said he hadn’t had his coffee yet that’s why he was in a foul, hateful, mean spirited mood. He Should consider growing up! Laundry facility was broken down the entire time of a five nights stay. Upon arrival, the two ladies at the check-in counter were very kind, polite, and hospitable. They did a super job at Customer Service. Housekeeping was fine."
