“Staff was wonderful & even moved us to a riverfront room because the hotel was pretty empty. The parking lot was under warning damage & the room was filthy yet staff upgraded us to the room. Can’t imagine our other option. The beds were horrible & we couldn’t even sleep in the same bed because a single person sunk so far in 2 in 1 bed may have sunk to the point knees would touch our chest. We had to clean the room & there were bugs in the con webs in the room. The shower didn’t look like……
