「Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!」

「We only stayed a night but wishes we could have stayed longer. We suspect it must have been a converted motel at some point but it has been done incredibly well, the rooms are clean, fresh, comfortable and quiet (even with neighbours either side of us). While we didn't meet or see the staff, all of the communications and information required to check in/out was excellent and the location just down by the harbour was great. Would thoroughly recommend」

「Spacious rooms with a fridge, microwave, fireplace, balcony. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again!」

「There's a lot to like about Ephraim Motel. The staff is welcoming. It's located in a more quiet place surrounded by trees/woods, away from the road. Breakfasts are quite good. Unfortunately, the pool was not working for a couple of days, but that wasn't a major issue. Just a comfy, pleasant vibe all around, including the rooms. I would recommend, however, something to make the showers/bathtubs less slippery (could be a problem if someone falls), and perhaps a nightlight. Otherwise..... A...

「We enjoyed our 3-night stay there! The only thing we would change was the location of our room; it was RIGHT off the lobby near the Breakfast room and door to go outside in back. So it got a little noisy at times. Otherwise, things were great!」
