Great stay!

We love staying in The Reserve and this house was awesome. The indoor slides were a highlight for the kids and there was plenty of seating for meals. We would stay here again for sure!

Great property!

We loved our Bear Lake stay. The house was perfect for our family reunion - the kids loved the indoor slides. Beautiful view of Bear Lake and we loved the amenities at The Reserve.

Fantastic House

The house was fantastic. It was big enough so everyone could spread out. The view was great. The weather wasn’t very good but the house made up for it.

The slide house!

The indoor slides were a big hit with all of us. The covered porch overlooking Bear Lake along with plenty of seating was a peaceful gathering place. Kids loved playing in the yard and on the swing set. The pool/lodge/gym was fantastic. We had a great stay!

Would do it again

Fun place to gather with our children and grand children. One of of 3 year old grandsons is already talking about his next “Bear Lake” vacation. We enjoyed the amenities and home arrangement. Nice view.

Annual Sibling Getaway

Every year my siblings & I along with our families take turns choosing somewhere to go stay over the weekend & just have some quality time with each other. The Lakehouse was by far our absolute favorite place to stay! The indoor slides were a hit with the kids, the view was just absolutely amazing & the home itself is gorgeous! Highly recommend this place if your looking for a fun family getaway.

Our favorite Reserve house

The indoor slide and playground provided our 3 yr old with hours of entertainment. The house is spacious enough for the entire family and gives us our own rooms/floors to separate. The fire pits are a perfect addition in the evenings. We absolutely love this place.

Great Family Reunion

We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. Perfect open space for the family to gather, but plenty of privacy as well. Our only issues was the BBQ was really dirty and might be stopping gas from getting through - took a long time to cook. And we had to institute a curfew for the slide :) We would stay here again!

Family reunion/getaway

We had an enjoyable reunion. Unfortunately the weather was cold on the weekend that we chose, and the lake was too high to enjoy the beach. The kids really enjoyed the slides, yard, court and pool. Property had a voule problem with droppings and voules in the window wells, but not overly concerning. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Vacation 2023

We had a great time! The home was convenient to the private beach and swimming pool. Also, some were able to ride their 4 wheelers on a trail that started pretty close to the home. Those sleeping in the basement were pretty cold the first night but found extra blankets upstairs for the next two nights. All in all, it was a clean, well stocked, comfortable place to stay.

UNBELIEVABLE!

This is by far the best house we’ve stayed at in Bear Lake! So much so that I’ve already booked it again for next year! My grands LOVE LOVE LOVED THE slides! I loved the six bathrooms for all my kids! The two ginormous dining room tables were sooooo convenient! Angela the house is WONDERFUL to work with!! Can’t wait until next year!

Excellent property with many amenitites. All ages were happy here!

Modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Exceeded expectations. Took advantage of pickleball, basketball, playground, deck, firepits, slides, and pool/hot tub. Loved the entryway hooks and cubbies for towels, jackets, purses, shoes, etc. Amazing view. Explored the community on our ebike. Checked out the private beach access but it was not suitable for our group due to being a muddy marsh with no sand.

Excellent Time

We had a family of 19 staying under the same roof. We had so much fun with the slides, volleyball and pickle ball courts. There was enough beds and room to get away from everyone if needed. The outside gas plumbed fire pit was amazing in the chilly morning. A few maintenance items that a screwdriver fixed was easy and the home owner answered questions right away and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal

The photos did not do justice to this home. Our stay started out somewhat rocky when the entry keypad did not operate and we were locked out for over an hour. Once inside, though, we were extremely pleased with the property and its location. The view of the lake from the rear deck of the home was beautiful. All thirty-one guests enjoyed their stay and the accommodations helped make our family reunion a pleasant success.

Beautiful views, beautiful home

We had 28 women staying at the house for a retreat. The back yard, deck, and kitchen area were great for large gatherings. The private beach doesn't have as much sand as the north or the south shores. It's a bit marshy. We worried a bit about the bunk room. We did have some women trade places because they were a little claustrophobic. The bunks are built for children but we had taller women in them and it worked fine (if you have no claustrophobic issues as mentioned before). We even had many of our women try out the slide!

Our Amazing Bear Lake Family Reunion

We have our immediate family reunion every 2 years at Bear Lake. This was our first year in this house as we've out grown the other house we would usually rent. It was really great! everyone had nothing but good things to say about it. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for all of our 5 kids and their spouses and 16 grandkids. The yard was nice and easily accessible for the grands. The big hit was the indoor slide and bunk room. So fun. The neighborhood was nice for our evening girl walks. One day we were wanted a break from the lake and spent time at the pools instead... awesome. If you rent this house be sure and bring your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as none was provided.

Lots of space and lots of fun!

This was a great place! We had seven families who came together for Thanksgiving with kids between 1 year up to 19 years old. The slide was a an absolute hit by all the kids and even a few adults! The rooms worked well and there were lots of bathrooms for all. The kitchen is a great size and having two of everything made a difference. As far as seating we had kids on the counters but there is also a table in the basement that some of the older teenagers liked to go eat at. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and it would be so much fun to go back here in the summer to swim in it too! We would definitely come back though! The only negative is that there isn't a large living room space. With 14 adults at night we wanted to sit and talk or play a game and we couldn't all fit on the couches so we had to sit on kitchen chairs.

Terrific family home

We reserved this property a year ago for our annual family vacation and it did not disappoint (except in a way I will get to later). We are a large group, 33 in all, from an infant to grandmothers. Plenty of space for all of us—bedrooms and bathrooms. The slide had to be the highlight for everyone. Two washing machines/dryers was a lifesaver. The kitchen had everything we needed in duplicate which was so nice. The private beach was not usable but North Beach is a very short ride. We made good use of the clubhouse amenities. The teens often ended the day at the pool. There was plenty of parking for all our vehicles, boat, jet skis, etc. The only issue we had was that the plumbing in the downstairs bathrooms was very slow to drain and the toilets often required two flushes. We told the host but no one came to check it out. One of the downstairs bedrooms was extremely cold and had a sign saying NOT to close the register or there would be a fine.The bunk room with all the sleeping bodies was very very warm. Opening the window at night helped. We would stay here again but would be more assertive about the plumbing issue. Family members said this was one of the best vacations and we have had some great trips. The house was a big part of making everyone comfortable.
