「This was our second time staying in this house and it was just as good as the first time! We come with our 5 married kids and all of our grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a place. The kids love the slide and rarely use the stairs! The view of the lake is so gorgeous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there so we don't have to bring as much for meal prep. The neighborhood is lovely for evening walks. The pool area is nice when a break from the lake is needed. 「Super clean, responsive host, kitchen was well stocked. Really close to north beach!」

「We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home.」

「We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here.」

「Great spot for our family for a weekend of fun in Bear Lake.」

「Great!」

「Unfortunately I had already booked an upcoming stay that I could not cancel. Noisy- mattress is junk- no air conditioning.」

「Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room....

「This place was great! Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and clean bath towels :) The only complaint I have was that you could tell the floors hadn’t been mopped in a while. Other than that, it was very clean and nice. Comfortable and pleasant place to stay.」

「This was a great property. It had everything you could ever need. It was clean and quiet. I almost got the high score on Galaga.」

「Good for what it offered. Hard not having AC available though.」

「Fairly new property.」

「no hot water, had to take cold showers. when we arrived at 3pm . the place had not been cleaned, we had to call and they came right away to clean - we went into town for an hour then came back. cute cabin - just a step up from camping.」

「Thought it was a great location. It was not clean leaves and hair in the shower and it was dripping. The shower curtain has black mold. No porch light on and only 1 chair. No coffee, a pot to brew coffee but no coffee or filters. Therefore not worth the price we paid.」
