"was pretty epic, we only had 1 issue which was the heat controls were jammed to raging inferno, I called the front desk and they were very attentive and even upgraded us for the inconvenience. Ive stayed here a few times but this is the first time since the reno. It is always good. "

"This hotel was such a welcome stay after some sketchy hotels in downtown Vancouver. Everything about our stay was lovely - the extremely helpful and friendly staff, the layout and facilities of our room ( it had a small kitchen!!) and the views were so nice. Whistler is a quaint spot to begin with, and it's great to be in a not-too-large hotel, with personality and charm. Highly recommend! "

"Was quite happy with the studio room. The only issue was the breakfast. The restaurant does not serve breakfast until 10 AM. There is room service available, but the options were limited for those with dietary restrictions. I found a restaurant in Whistler Village that was open at 8 AM for breakfast and was a better option. Other than that, the staff were great and I enjoyed my stay."
