「我們在晚上八點前到達，取了房間才發覺欠一份床上用品(只有梳化床)，需要走一轉到服務台。退房需要自行收拾床上用品和包垃圾，但是，沒有告訴收集垃圾的位置。屋內的暖爐好好，廚房也好。對於我們只是用作渡過一個晚上是可接受的。」

「Stayed here during our walking trip to Odda with friends. Cabin was nice, spacious. Stayed in a 5 bedroom cabin but one bed was a double, would have been could if that could have separated into 2 beds. Location good and staff friendly. 」

「Prima huisje met goede bedden op een mooie plek aan de fjord. Het huisje is voorzien om eenvoudig te kunnen koken en heeft zelfs warm water. Douches en toiletten zijn in de kelder onder het restaurant maar wel goed schoon. Het kan alleen zijn dat de vloer een beetje blank staat na het douchen maar dat droogt wel weer op. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding vond ik hier goed.」

「The property itself worked out great for our 3 generation family. The beds were comfortable, different members used the hot tub and sauna. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There is a grocery 5 minutes away. Took us about 45 minutes to go to Bergen. There is a small farm within walking distance with highland cows, pigs, emus. There is a washer & drying rack. There was a huge dining table for all of us, which was also great for playing games. The furniture you see on the deck does not exist. ...

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
