Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Hallo, ich möchte betonen dass FeWo direkt sehr gut, die Probleme mit dem Vermieter aber unterirdisch waren. Zur Geschichte: Ich hatte drei Monate im voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Am Tag der Anreise bekam ich vom Vermieter den Anruf er hätte eine Doppelbuchung. Unter Absprache hat er über booking eine Alternative gebucht. Wir wollten wie bei ihm 8 Zimmer bekommen, die er als Ersatz reserviert weil ich bereits bei ihm bezahlt hatte. Reserviert hatte er 2 Apartment ua mit Schlafsofas, welche in Summe 400 günstiger waren als seine FeWo. Das haben wir nicht akzeptiert und vor Ort dann selbst gebucht. Am Tag darauf wollte ich mein Geld zurück. Der Vermieter meinte es geht nicht, ich müsste mich krank melden damit er darüber mir das Geld zurückgeben kann. Das fand ich falsch und ich wollte FeWo direkt nicht anlügen. Nach dem Gespräch hat er mich gemeldet weil ich angeblich eine Party gefeiert hätte und unfreundlich sei. Das habe ich den Support gemeldet. Der Support war nett und ich hatte bereits einen Tag später mein Geld zurück - dem vollen Betrag. Achtet auf den Vermieter und macht das richtige. Lasst euch nicht mit billigeren Unterkünften abspeisen. Der Support ist hilfsbereit, aber kümmert euch selbst.

Süße Unterkunft mit Charme

Die Unterkunft hat viele kleine süße Räume, die Böden sind zwar alle irgendwie uneben, aber bringt auch seinen eigenen Charme mit sich.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.
