Great place for a getaway

My wife and I loved our time there. The cozy home was the perfect place to rest after very busy and active days. We are already talking about coming back! Having the national forest out side the back fence was such a great benefit to the house.

This adorable little house is perfect for a short stay. My kids really enjoyed the back yard, yurt, and the Forrest trails in the back yard. Little details really made the stay convenient, including all necessary supplies in the kitchen to cook meals while we were there, and Bathroom essentials were all available as well.

Charming Cottage

My husband and I had the best week staying in this quaint and charming home. The yurt and hammocks were a relaxing place to decompress. The walking trails out the back gate are well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to the freeway to get into downtown flagstaff. The shower was challenging but we would happily stay here again!

Lovely getaway

Had a wonderful time at the cottage, cozy and perfect for my husband and I. Explored the hiking trails behind the house and saw a herd of Elk while hiking. Short drive into downtown Flagstaff, perfect for all our sightseeing adventures. Yurt was very cute and serene. Cottage had everything we needed for our 5 day getaway. House is located in little mountain town, very friendly people, dollar general close by for some necessities. Very quiet and peaceful area, nice sitting area outside. Bed was super comfy. Didn't encounter any problems at all, would definitely return.

Our family of 4 (children age 1 and 3) stayed here for a week. We loved the location and our kids had so much fun exploring out back in the woods! The owners were very quick to respond with any questions and were extremely helpful, friendly, and caring! We had everything we needed. It is a small, quaint, unique home that had everything we needed. The AC in the bedroom was amazing because we happened to be there during a heat wave. Highly recommend everything about this place!

Winter Wonderland

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in this cozy home in the woods. We love the location how close it was to Flagstaff and Sedona. Also the hiking trails right outside the home are a plus. The hosts are first class and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Nestled in nature

We had a perfect experience at this property! The hosts were kind and communicative from booking to departure. We so enjoyed the property that our time was spent hiking the trails which back up to it, doing yoga and reading in the yurt and swinging in the hammock. Also, we loved the kitchen for cooking and that there were so many hummingbirds to enjoy. We would love to stay again!

Great cottage close to Flagstaff!

Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great location to visit Flagstaff. We really loved the property and the forest as a backyard! We did not do any cooking at the property, so I don't have any comments about the cooking equipment on site. Although some would love not having a t.v. on their get away, I did miss not having one onsite. Overall great place to stay and we will consider staying in the future!

Woodsy suburb 20m from Flagstaff

Apartment is spacious, and in a central location to flagstaff (20min), the Grand Canyon (1.5hr) and Sedona (45m). Hard to tell from the photos, but the house actually sits right between two houses. It’s in a small, but densely populated woodsy neighborhood. There’s no yard, though the back borders on woods and walking trails. The only thing we struggled with was the shower. There’s no controlling the showerhead, so be warned!

My wife and I loved this place.

The location was great, the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed to relax…and the Yurt! Who doesn’t love a Yurt? Would definitely stay here again, it’s a real hidden gem, and the hosts were amazing with communication. 10 of 10, and we’ve stayed in many VRBO homes across the country. Thanks again!

Quaint & cute!

Renting is so stressful when you haven’t been to the area before, but the house was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood safe and quiet. Hosts left a cute basket of goodies! It was very clean. We have shared and recommended to friends! They really thought of everything. This was our best rental yet!
