The size was great for our family. The place was clean and quiet. The separate beds in the downstairs were a plus for our two kids. A couple of things to note: the master bedroom is on the second floor, the bedroom with the twin beds does have a door that goes out to the deck, and both bathrooms are on-suites. None of these are bad things, but just things to note.

The townhouse is perfectly located on The Eastside of Flagstaff. It comfortably fits 4. The pullout couch has an extremely thin matress so every bar is felt. We took the mattress off and placed it on the ground for a " work around". I had received a message from Todd asking us to bring our own shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the 2 bathrooms. I honestly was shocked because as a 45 year old world traveler, I had never not been provided these basic amenities. However, upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bathrooms and kitchen

This cozy townhome is in a great neighborhood in Flagstaff which is close to everything. We love this VRBO specifically because it is pet friendly. The amenities provided are better than most as well. We will always stay here when we visit Flagstaff.

Perfect location

We were taking grandson to Grand Canyon, location was around hour and half drive. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, Old Town Flafstaff which we also enjoyed. Neighborhood was very quiet, shaded and pulling out of our street the view was a beautiful mountain.

We loved the townhouse and the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Location is close to everything. Plenty of cooking utensils, towels, etc. Would have preferred the king bed downstairs, but I can see how families would prefer the kids downstairs. Appreciate the power cords everywhere! Thank you!

Great location to go explore

I stated with my family for 2 days between Oct 8 and Oct 10, 2024. We really enjoyed it. Cute balcony, garage, full kitchen. The person who deals with the house is kind and quick in responding. Thx!

Elk Run property in Flagstaff

We thoroughly enjoyed Todd Campbell's two-story 2bedroom/2 bath cabin...wonderfully furnished and fully stocked full of everything (all amenities) and then some‼️ just a short walk around the corner to Aspen Valley golf course

Great location and access to our Flagstaff favs

The property was in a great location for easy access to downtown bars, breweries, and restaurants as well as our favorite local parks and hikes. Nicely appointed with an excellent layout and plenty of space for us and our 2 pups. AC was nice and cold which was needed since a couple of days were pretty warm. Two car garage access was very convenient. We definitely appreciated the communication from Todd who answered all of our questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.

Recommended VRBO in Flagstaff AZ

The condo is spacious and well equipped. Large upstairs bedroom with an extra large bed. Close to hiking venues and downtown. Very nice neighbors. Todd is great and really accessible. Pet friendly. We were happy with our stay and would choose it again.

July 4th Weekend

My wife, dog, son, girlfriend and i came up for long weekend. Master is upstairs. Other bedroom, also w/bath, on main level that has deck and big garage. There is no common bath. Kitchen well equipped and has fridge with icemaker/ dispenser. Outdoor Grill is electric. Had a good time hanging out on small deck facing courtyard. We could hear nearby trains and highway, especially at night, but not loud enough to disturb sleep. Wooded country club community. that is fully developed, Walking the dog takes a little more effort, but not a big deal. The place worked for us. Would stay again.
