Great location if you'd like to walk into downtown.

The house and guest house were exactly as pictured. Very spacious and well equipped. It is a very short walk into the downtown area and a bit longer walk into the beautiful Northern Arizona University campus. The area has abundant good restaurants, live music some evenings off of Aspen Street, Farmers Markets by the public library. And easy access to some great hiking, walking trails. We enjoyed the front porch swing and also the outdoor patio furniture and lawn behind the guest house.
