This house was exactly as described in the listing. Super cute for my little family of (3). My Dad joined us for (1) night and was very comfortable on the couch pullout. Great location. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great cozy loft

We loved this little loft for our family of three. The upstairs loft area was cozy with carpeted flooring and lots of storage. It was really nice to have some separation from the living area without being far at all. The living area is perfect for relaxing, streaming some TV, playing card games and eating. The whole apartment gets great light and feels bright and open. The neighborhood is cute with a little forest trail a few minutes walk from the house. It’s also very centrally located, it wasn’t more than 8 minutes to drive anywhere we wanted to go. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town.

Perfect!

Well-designed contemporary property in a lovely and quiet neighborhood close to historic downtown Flagstaff. Great use of space, thoughtfully put together, and has everything you need. Communication from management company was great and very helpful. Has a spiral staircase that goes up to the loft where the bed is, which is the only thing that might be difficult for some, but the loft itself is bright and spacious with a high ceiling. Would definitely stay again.

The place and location was great. Check-in was perfect. Kitchen had everything. The bed, however, was uncomfortable (dip in the middle) for my husband, who then slept on the couch. (There was only a bottom sheet. Hope the comforter got washed.) And, just a note, the bed is very noisy, even with just one person turning over. Kitchen chairs are super cute but not comfortable. So enjoyed the outside seating. Thank you. Oh. The right bath faucet is sticky.
