It was a great weekend, our family from all over the world came together for a weeding. We enjoyed our stay, in the house. Open spaces and large outdoor deck with a gas fire pit was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The space was comfortable, clean, and clearly cared for. What stood out most was the attention to detail. We were so impressed with how the hosts thought of everything! It was clear they put real thought into making guests feel welcome and thought ahead to provide for any need. Communication was easy and the place felt just as described. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in.

Very clean and well appointed home. The back deck has a great view and total privacy. Furnishings and bds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Cute place and within perfect distance from the wedding venue across the street. Communication with the property manager was also great and they reached out to offer early check in. Highly recommend!

Great place with plenty of space!

Stayed with friends as a halfway point to where we each live. There was plenty of space between the kids having reign of the downstairs playroom and the adults in the upstairs living area. Comfy beds, great showers! Wonderful backyard space for the dogs and for the kids to sled. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We had an amazing time celebrating with our daughter’s wedding. The house was perfect, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The only concern is that we kept finding saw dust in the kitchen by the pantry near the fridge. We think you have termites up at the ceiling because we can see a hole. Thank you for opening your home to us! We will definitely stay here again!

The house and back porch were lovely. King sized beds allowed plenty of room for each family. Game room in particular worked well with family traveling with kids. Very clean and appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Memories of family time were made here. Definitely a home away from home!

AWESOMENESS!!

This home is exceptional!!. Better than I hoped for. Very clean and communication with the host was excellent!! Enjoyed our Friendsgiving/birthday weekend here at the cabin! We had 4 adults and 4 kids plus 2 small dogs and it had plenty of rooms! The rooms were clean and it had everything! The decor was cute and the kids really enjoyed the downstairs game room. The backyard was a good size with a nice view too! We made our Friendsgiving meal there, also made some steak dinner using their grill and of course had s'mores at the end. We had a great time! Thank you!

Phenomenal stay in a gorgeous and flexible home

This was our best Flagstaff trip yet, of many. The home was beautiful and would have easily accommodated three families of our size. The views of the snow covered mountains were amazing just off the patio. The entire family loved the game room, which included a pool table, shuffle board, foosball, and more. The heated driveway and stairs into the house were great during the snow we got. The house was well supplied and extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Absolutely recommend this house.

This home was beautiful and comfortable for my entire family. My oldest son's wedding was at a nearby venue. The house was clean and cozy. The fire pit was nice for a chilly evening. The wine and chocolate were a nice touch. We appreciated the baby highchair and pak n play for our grandbaby. Everyone enjoyed the game room. Close to Slide Rock and Grand Canyon for day trips. Great place, awesome location!

My family loved the place, the location was perfect and had that forest type feeling. It wasn’t hard to find the place, and the host was very responsive and professional. Everything was nice inside, there was a lot of extras like condiments, toiletries, and even an air mattress. The only thing I would say it could use is a deep detail clean, more so in the lower level rooms. We found 5-6 spiders mostly in the game room, but given the area it wasn’t a big deal. The patio and the fire pit was great, the BBQ was easy to use. Overall we would stay again, great place plenty of space for family get togethers.

Beautiful and well stocked home

The home provided a totally wonderful experience for our family get-together. Close to Flagstaff for entertainment, food and supplies but in the foothills; a location that provided privacy, peace and quiet. The home backs up to National Forest land and sitting out on their deck was such a nice break from our regular routines. The house is sprawling with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for multiple families to share. The kitchen and open floor plan area was perfect. Plenty of space and seating with a cozy feel. The owners have added to the joy of the location and structure by providing everything guests could want or need such as towels, extra blankets and pillows, paper products, yoga mats, condiments and spices. Finally, there were entertainment options everywhere and for all ages: TV’s in every room; a game room with video games, pool table, board games; and, room for kids to run around. All in all, our best VRBO experience ever!

Amazing Property!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Everyone really enjoyed the game room, lots of options to keep is all entertained; there is limited seating but we just brought down some chairs from the kitchen easily enough. Overall, the property has been updated very well, has a modern yet still cozy feel. Lots of space and beds; we only had a total of six people plus one dog, but you could easily fit double that. Probably the best bonus about the property is it’s location; short drive to town and everything Flagstaff has to offer plus the property backs to the national forest so there is endless opportunities to go exploring right out the back door (there are forest entry gates a short distance in either direction). The AC worked very well (which was needed since temp got to high 80s during day). The only minor items to note are: the property has lots of steps outside and in (so may not be suited for those with mobility constraints), the gas stove was a little finicky (front left burner specifically), there are a few boards on the deck that may need some attention soon, and lastly the mint scented trash bags were over powering (smelled like a dentist office). All in all, this was honestly the best cabin we’ve stayed at in Flagstaff, definitely would stay again. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Home. Great Hosts.

After a couple disappointing VRBO rentals in the last year, this one was a refreshing experience. The home is in impeccable condition. The owners have renovated it and it looks great. They also have it very well stocked with great linens and towels, etc. It worked perfect for our vacation with two families (5 adults and 7 kids). Owner's suite is awesome plus 3 more "adult" bedrooms. The bunk/game room was perfect for the kids to play for hours then crash in the bunk beds. The park is close by as well, which was nice for some afternoon basketball.

Awesome Rental

After a couple disappointing stays at other rental properties, this house and its hosts did not disappoint. The house is very nice and welcoming and the hosts provided everything you could need for your stay. Very clean and recently updated. Awesome game room for the kids. Will definitely stay again next time we’re headed to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and had an entire bedroom left over that we didn’t even need or use.

Great house!

I was very happy with my rental experience. The house was very clean and comfortable. Just a warning for other renters, you have to climb a spiral staircase to get to one of the bedrooms and it doesn't have a bathroom. I would definitely recommend this house!

A little misleading

Overall home was spacious, updated and clean. The downstairs game room kept the kids busy and the noise low. The misleading is that although there are 4 toilets, there are only 2 showers. 1/2 bath in game room, shower bath in the hall bathroom, first on suite has shower but the other on suite is a tub only. The other thing is one of the four bedrooms is down a spiral staircase and doesn’t have its own bathroom(we referred to it as the dungeon). Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again.

On a positive note, the property was clean for the most part, the host was a responsive, it has been upgraded, but the home is older. The bathrooms and kitchen are very stylish and modern, very nicely done. The outside area is beautiful. The fire pit and grill are hooked up to a gas line, making it very easy to use. The kids room, with the bunkbeds, is absolutely amazing. It does have an en suite bathroom which really came in handy. The kids really loved the space. This is an Evolve property and I was expecting a bit more for the price. Evolve properties are usually pricier, but worth it based on previous experience. Here are some things to keep in mind: There is no garage. Pictures of the living area make it look much larger than it is. The living area is on the second floor, you have to climb stairs to get there. There looks to be an apartment underneath it. The downstairs bedroom does not have access to a bathroom. It looks like it’s a converted space, possibly a former garage. It has a spiral staircase to get to the main area upstairs. If it had a bathroom, it would’ve been 💯 better. The kitchen is not very well stocked as far as cutlery and pots, bowls, etc. is concerned, so bring your own.

Incredible property, well located and everything has been thought of!

I stayed here with my extended family for a wedding, and we loved our stay. The property is beautifully decorated, and the hosts have thought of everything from USB chargers on both sides of the bed, to baby gates, high chairs, a paddling pool for the babies, as well as shuffleboard, fusball, a wii for the kids (and adults).. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, and the location in the mountains is serene. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
