「A very basic stay but I got all I needed for a couple nights. My room included a TV, a desk, a mini fridge, some cutlery and dishware, a double bed, and a large bathroom with shower. I will say though that the pillows were so hard that they were unusable for me. There is a front desk and the staff were very responsive the couple times I asked for an iron or an extra plate. 「The old concept of offering genuine “service with a smile” is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional.
