“Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. “Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. ”

“Great hosts, small family run boutique hotel. The service is excellent. Bathrooms newly renovated and were fantastic! Loved the smaller more local feel to this little ski town, so cosy and quaint and especially great for kids and those new to skiing. Not many great restaurants in the area though so would advise making the drive to Sallanches. ”

La chambre était très confortable et d’une grande propreté, avec une literie vraiment excellente. Le petit déjeuner face à la montagne est un moment incroyable. Il est très complet et les produits sont excellents. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant : on se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir.”
