"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "The top floor for breakfast is the best part and the views are amazing but our room was extremely expensive for what it was, the bathroom was super super small, the beds were not even twin beds. If you want toiletries you have to ask them in reception which sometimes you don’t know what you need until afterwards… "
