「The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.」

「All in all a great stay. Very unique being a "jellybean" house. The floors were quite slanted which just added to the charm. The host was very responsive, the parking for intercity was fantastic. Both bedrooms were large. Barndoors upstairs saved a ton of space as the hallway was quite narrow. We were four and there were only 3 coffee cups, 3 wine glasses and 3 dinner forks. Fortunately only 3 drank wine and only 2 had coffee but it could be a problem for other folks. When we mentioned...

"Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分"
