「A/C wasn’t working properly.. contacted our host who finally replied but well over an hour.. said he would send someone but was surprised it wasn’t working since he had someone prior to our stay.. not sure the A/C was ever working properly since they had 2 plug in blower fans (the kind you use to dry out flooded homes) on the boat.. We finally left as the temp was 87.. didn’t hear back from our host until the following day.. wouldn’t refund us either.. such a disappointment.. Expedia should...

「The location and rooms we excellent. However, we needed extra linens. It took over 4.5 hours to get them. The water heater on one side couldn’t fill the tub without run out of hot water and the heater only blew cold air even when in heat. The linens were in kitchen and rooms that needed some or more. 」

「Great location (for the Mile 0 Fest)! Was clean, well laid out, and accommodated everything we needed and a bonus washer and dryer! It is directly on Duval and very close to a bar with LIVE music, but it was pretty quiet by 11pm. Alex and team were most accommodating, even picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. Note: we tried to use Uber and Lyft a couple times, but it didn't work out. 」

「Could not control jets or heating in the spa/pool. We got in early around 120 pm and told management we would like to check in early. We do not think any one was there night before. Cleaning crew took 45 Min break in house. We only got in at 355 PM. If for start cleaning at 10 AM the house should be ready in 2 hours with 3 people. The floors were all up and down. Plywood underlayment issue. No garbage disposal. Nothing in house not even salt and pepper or sugar, etc. Be ready to buy...
