Luxury Gîte with Sauna, Games Room, and Terrace - Near Verdun and Amnéville Attractions

A perfectly equipped and decorated cottage in a quiet Lorraine-style building between Verdun and Amnéville.

The cottage is also ideally located for exploring the region: Briey and Le Corbusier's Cité Radieuse are 8 km away, Amnéville is 25 km away (zoo, casino, thermal baths, golf course, snow hall, Wallygator), Verdun is 30 km away, Luxembourg is 40 km away, Metz (Centre Pompidou) is 45 km away, and Longwy and its Vauban fortifications, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are also 45 km away. The living and dining areas are at the front.
Four steps lead down to the kitchen, which features an old bread oven and opens onto a 16 m² covered terrace at the rear with garden furniture. A second 9 m² terrace and a 280 m² unfenced garden complete the outdoor spaces.

One bedroom at the front (two single beds), two bedrooms at the rear (one double bed and two single beds), a large bathroom with a shower and walk-in bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Two-person sauna.
Laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Fo-football table, mezzanine games room with a sofa, treadmill, and exercise bike.
Wi-Fi throughout the house (fiber optic).
Televisions with French and international channels and a PS4 game console.
Sheets and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Central heating is provided by a pellet stove. The house has several changes in level due to its location on a sloping plot. Access to the kitchen is via four steps, and there are also steps to access some bedrooms and the bathrooms.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Gîte très sympathique, accueil chaleureux et séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte avec beaucoup de charme. La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse et lumineuse. L accès au village est facile et situation géographique est très pratique pour visiter la région. C était une bon séjour. Merci beaucoup.
