unsere unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren erwartungen, hygiene: der boden in der küche war klebrig, die kanten der türen waren dreckig und klebrig, nicht zu gebrauchen, kühlschrank und gefrierschrank viel zu klein für ein haus für 12 personen, vor allem weil in piller kein Laden ist Essbereich war ok Sitzplatz viel zu klein, mit knapp 5 Sitzplätzen Für Heizung mussten wir 5 Euro pro Tag zahlen, dies war nicht vereinbart Wir haben auch unsere Fragen zum Brandschutz dieses Hauses: nur eine Tür, a sehr veralteter Sicherungskasten Gastfreundschaft: Bei der Ankunft war niemand anwesend, aber wir waren innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit da: 17 Uhr. Nach einem Anruf von uns kamen sie, um es sich anzusehen. Sie gaben keine Erklärung, ohne dass wir ausdrücklich gefragt hatten. sie konnten kaum englisch, nur duits.Ook als wir abreisten interessierten sie sich nur ob wir den müll richtig sortiert hatten und ob wir irgendetwas gemacht hatten.dass wir bezahlt haben erwartete eine bessere unterkunft. wir fühlen uns wirklich betrogen. wir haben schon oft ein ferienhaus bei ardennes stage gemietet und das war immer in ordnung. Das war wirklich ein Rückschlag.
