Empfehlenswert!

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschönem Spa und sehr guten Restaurants und Bars. Sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche Mitarbeiter und perfekte Sauberheit sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der ganzen Anlage. Natürlich alles entsprechend teuer ;-) Wir haben draussen parkiert und konnten aufgrund der Eisfläche die sich gebildet hatte nicht mehr wegfahren. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns sofort geholfen und uns innert 3 Minuten aus dem Parkplatz gezogen.

Kinderhotel?

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war das Hotel beim Morgenessen total überfüllt mit Kindern, so dass wir um 07 Uhr frühstücken mussten, um noch ein wenig Ruhe zu haben. Der Anblick der noch halbvollen und stehen gelassenen Teller stimmte uns eher traurig. Das erinnert einem an „all inclusive“. Schade

Beautiful hotel in the Swiss alps

A truly magical experience in Flims at Waldhaus. The setting and the hotel are beautiful and the food is amazing. Perfect for an autumn break but we definitely want to return in winter and summer now!

Très bien

Très bel établissement. SPA de grande qualité. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Le personnel pourrait peut etre mieux parler anglais et le restaurant gastronomique est fermé 3 jours par semaine en été (!) Mais le site est magnifique et les prestations restent de très bonne qualité.

Goldener Herbst in Flims

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal; schönes,grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht auf Films (Delight Doppelzimmer)-einzig der Föhn fehlte, wurde jedoch nachgeliefert; umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet; leider war unsere Zeit zu kurz um das Spa zu nutzen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen grossartigen Aufenthalt im Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort & Spa und Flims!

Wonderful resort in Flims~

The quintessential Swiss spa experience, the Walhaus melds an old world five-star ambience with 21C spa, culinary and tech experience. The staff is authentic and friendly, from GM to dining room, room service and bartenders. True professionals who want to provide the finest service and they succeed. The food is excellent, if a bit expensive, and the views from the dining rooms, both Epoch and Rotunda are superb. Also good wine lists. I look forward to my next return to the lovely and relaxing Waldhaus Flims!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage

Das Personal arbeitet hervorragend, ebenso wird die gesammte Hotelanlage mit dem Spa-Bereich höchsten Anforderungen gerecht. Einzig die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist wohl eher im drei Sterne Bereich zu suchen.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Es gibt 3 Dinge die ich bemängeln möchte. 1.: wir waren im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Das war nicht ok. 2.: wir wohnten im Silvana. Die Blumen außen in den Blumenkästen waren teilweise verwelkt. 3.: Kuchen den mein Mann gegessen hat hat war mittelmäßig. Das sind Dinge, die ich in einem solchen Hotel nicht erwarte. Nur durch den guten Service, und alles andere das man nur mit toll, toll, toll bewerten kann, werden wir sicher wieder kommen.

Vi sökte en övernattning på väg till Comosjön och fann detta ledigt på hotels.com. Ett underbart hotell med flera byggnader. Pool och spa är fantastiskt. Hit vill vi åka igen.

Wunderschön, entspannend, super Service und traumhafte Hotelanlage, einmaliger Service, einfach nur top!! Lage des Hotels umgeben von Natur, Wald, ruhiger Ort, sehr schöne Wellnessanlage, sehr sauber. Essen auch excellent.
