「Good location , private . Property very tired . Holes rotted through floor , window frames rusted through . told to fill wood box on departure , which we did ,it was empty on arrival . Surfaces greasy . We cleaned it better on departure . 」

Had simply everything you would need plus a real homely feel to it with a beautiful outlook over the water where you can read, watch the birds and experience nature at its best. The listing was showing that the property is at North East River but it’s actually at Emita (Emita was a much better location as it’s closer to more things). Great views for your morning coffee as well!」
