Cute Cottage

This little cottage/cabin was perfect. Kitchen is brand new, so we cooked multiple times. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfy. The area was quiet and convenient to Chattanooga. I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at dozens of vacation rental over the past 5 years and this one is by far the worst. The cottage is marketed as tranquil and private but it is neither. The owner was building an addition to his home and doing remodeling the entire month I was there. You can see in the photo the new dormers he had built and all the work trucks in his driveway. He continued even after I requested several times to wait because the noise and traffic bothered me and my clients. There is a new construction home being built next door. The cottage is infested with spiders and ants. I spent time every day killing them. The property manager made some efforts to help but did not respect my requests for the owner to limit noise. She also took almost 12 hours to respond to me being locked out when she accidentally deleted my entry code. Do not stay here!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

I stayed here with my mom and kids. The area is beautiful and surrounded by trees. The home had all the things you could need for a family. It was clean and the owners were very responsive. I hope to stay again, the next time we’re in town!

Christmas vacation

pleasantly surprised with a pristine cottage very well maintained and fully equipped.We usually travel with a mini christmas tree. We were impressed with the christmas decorations and 3 full size christmas trees.Excellent location with nice views and close to all the attractions. We had a wonderful time!

Cottage at Green Hills Farm

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with this home. It was adorable and made for a very enjoyable trip. Every detail was paid attention in the house. We would go back at any time and would highly recommend.
