「Family friendly. Close to nature, adventure spots. Love the backyard fire pit.」

「The VRBO listing for this property doesn’t currently match what this property actually is. I think it has been redone and is WAY better than advertised. We went for a one night stay for my son’s birthday and both my kids loved it. The host even gathered a little gift basket for my kids as an extra Happy Birthday!! Plenty of bed space with three bedrooms (one king bed and three singles). Stand up tiled shower instead of the tub. All of the Harry Potter decorations make this stay absolutely...

「Quick stop for a mom and 3 teenage boys on the way to World Cup in Atlanta. This was the perfect spot right outside of Chattanooga. Plenty of space, great gathering area with big screen TV for watching sports, and comfy beds for everyone! Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful backyard outdoor space but we were in a hurry. Would return!」

「House and host were amazing. The perfect size for our family vacation. Plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained and a wonderful and quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Extremely close to all the fun activities. Would definitely say here again.」

「Great accommodations with a beautiful outdoor area. It was a very comfortable stay. The property was close to many hiking trails and major cities. Would recommend and I will be back!」

「The kitchen had ants that I had to keep killing. But the co host helped us with the fire place and we were so appreciative of that !」

「the property was amazing, what a gem. So glad we stopped. The decor was top-notch and of the highest quality. I can understand why this is rated 12 year and older by the host. This was a random find for us, and I think that if the host added more pictures and details of the location they would receive much more business from LOTR fans. The scavenger hunt was a fun surprise that will stay in the families memories. If anyone knows where the wooden hare or wide-eyed owl is, let me know. It will...

「Great place, amazing views, a little piece of heaven!」

「Had nice experience」

「We had a Great Stay. The space was spacious upstairs and downstairs. The views were unbelievable from the oversized patio. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The hot tub was wonderful and covered we were able to enjoy it even though it rained. I will definitely stay again. Great location everything is close by.」

「Nice little "condo" that suited our needs for a couple of days. My son loved having the whole upstairs to himself and we got to watch some hang-gliders take off from the field just outside. 」

「Such a warm home, ready to sit, relax, and visit,, beds were ultra comfortable, fridge stocked full of food water,, even extras for toiletries we had forgotten,,, thank you for a sweet visit to Chattanooga」
