"free parking with good location. friendly staff with good communicate. my room is clean with private shower and toilet. recommend."

"The guesthouse offers a good value option for staying in the area with easy access to the local area, and public transport would make accessing the city simple."

"Ash Farm is a quaint bed and breakfast off the beaten track but close to all the amenities of Altrincham. Next door is a great pub; The Swan with 2 nicks. Within walking distance is Dunham Massey park. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great retreat compared to the hustle and bustle of city hotels. The breakfast is a 5 star experience and has something for everyone. Obviously the Full English wins every day. The staff are wonderful and friendly making the whole experience first...

"Clean room, very comfy bed, albeit the smallest double bed I have ever stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, and very friendly helpful host. Have already booked to stay again"

"Love little break"

"Convenient and close to my destination."

"The room was nice and very affordable, nice quiet area and good security with the cameras and door codes. Very easy to book and travel to with bus stop down the street. The main issue was the other people staying there lacking hygiene and respect as whenever I used the toilet there was wee all over the seat. This is not the owners fault, but the other guests. Other than that it was very nice :)"

"The property was ok. It is located near public transport."
