「Nice hotel. Very convenient to drive in and out of for a Charlottesville business trip. Very quiet and very close to Bodo's Bagels (big plus). The rooms were very clean, well kept, and I enjoyed my brief visit. Breakfast is adequate and as advertised.」

「This is a lovely place to stay in Charlottesville. The rooms and lobby are fantastic. We enjoyed the arboretum behind the hotel. The staff is helpful and I love the ability to text requests. The food was a bit disappointing this time compared to previous stays. Nobody staffing the espresso machine and no other options close by. Breakfast was pricey and mediocre. 」

「Here's what i didn't like, and maybe this is an Expedia issue rather than an Omni issue? Fir the third time in the last year or so, i was put in a corner room. Which means there are too many windows, you can"t make the room completely dark, and they have bizarre configurations that are inconvenient and unpleasant. From now on i am going to specify no corner rooms. Specifically, avoid room 701」

「Initially I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews and seeing some of the travel pics. However, when I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. Check in was easy and fast and I was even offered cookies. The hotel grounds, lobby and elevators were clean. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised. 「From the staff at the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was great. Everything from the room to the area outside, everything was very clean. The only issue was the central heat and air. It was very loud, like a tractor trailer was outside our room. 」

Staff is extremely helpful and there’s a nice bar, quiet and beautiful swimming area, and cafe on the property. Rooms are a little dated and fairly sparse. Would have given five stars if not for the rooms.」
