Great location

Apartment was great. Appreciated the parking. Lorenzo met us there to transfer keys but I was a little surprised about a 20 euro city tax charge to be paid in person.

Beautiful apartment in central lication

Lorenzo was an amazing host. Very patient and kind. He was quickly available for any issues like locking ourselves out of the apartment lol. The place was very clean, modern and spacious and well equipped. The location was a short distance from main area. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Lorenzo.

Très bel appartement , au calme

Nous y étions fin août sous tempsbien orageux ce qui expliquera peut être que je dise qu il faut avoir de bonnes jambes pour faire tout à pied ! Le 2 eme doit nous avons renoncé à retourner dans le centre historique et avons dîné dans le quartier où nous étions les seuls touristes Du bonheur ! En semaine il y a sûrement plus de bus Lorenzo est très attentif son appartement est très clean et très bien fourni, place de parking dans l immeuble

Perfect

We stayed at Lorenzo’s flat for two weeks while I was studying a course at Alchimia Jewellery School and my husband was working as well as long distance cycling. The flat was absolutely perfect. It is situated approx 15mins from the Ponte Vecchio; which makes it possible to easily walk almost everything from there. Should the need arise, there is a busstop right outside the front door. The flat faces the back of the building and is therefore beautifully quiet. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. In fact, what struck me most was the thoughtfulness with which Lorenzo approaches the welcoming of his guests. He was there to give us the keys and explain the heating, recycling, internet, all we needed to know. Usually after a journey you arrive tired and before going shopping, have nothing. Lorenzo thoughtfully thinks of what you might need; for instance a great coffee maker, but also lots of coffee in the cupboard. There is salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamico to get you started, dishwasher tabs, washing liquid for the washing machine, little breads and jams and it goes on. In short, it all felt generous, thoughtful and welcoming. Another big, big plus is the covered garage on the ground floor where we could park the car and my husband his road bike. For him the location was equally brilliant as he could easily ride out into Chianti country going south. From the groundfloor is a lift to the first floor for heavy luggage. All in all I will give Lorenzo five stars plus. We were very happy during our stay.
