We loved our stay here! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in such a fun, walkable area—I felt completely safe the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond whenever I reached out, which made everything stress-free.We arrived extremely early after an overnight flight (with mountains of luggage, as my daughter is moving to Florence for fo months to study art), and the apartment wasn’t ready until 4. We panicked at first wondering what we’d do with all our bags for 7 hours, because Florence’s cobblestone streets are definitely not meant for suitcase-dragging! Thankfully, Lili saved the day by sending me an app called LuggageHero—and by some miracle, there was a drop-off location just a 1-minute walk from the apartment. It was such a game-changer. We stashed our bags and spent the day wandering, exploring, and actually enjoying ourselves.Once we checked in, everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless and cozy, with comfy decor that felt fresh and new. The bed is so comfortable—I was happy to share once my daughter realized it beat the couch! The shower was great, and we even used the laundry (make sure you bring some coins). The drying rack worked fine, and our sweet neighbor even shared her detergent since she had extra.Location-wise, you really can walk everywhere. Roberto sent us a list of his favorite restaurants, and they were all so close and delicious. All in all, this apartment was the perfect home base for us. I’ll definitely stay here again!
