Cute and close to the beach. Only a few minutes away from all the shops and restaurants.

This little cottage in Florence was adorable. It was perfect for my fiance and myself. We enjoyed staying her however it did have a few downfalls. As at&t customers we did not have service here. Also we were too far from the main house to connect to Wi-Fi. We didn't mind this at all but, others might. The only thing we did mind was the super uncomfortable bed and pillows. Overall it was a nice place but the bed definitely hurt our backs.

Don't do it

If you like beds that feel like you're sleeping on a kids pool full of slinkies, you've found the perfect space. Also, if you enjoy having a half bath when you're promised 1.5 baths, here ya go! Like terrible wifi coverage, this place will feel like heaven. So you want to regret going on vacation because the accommodations are bad. Look no further.

Absolutely adorable, more comfort than many hotels, plenty of pillows, warm blankets, all the items you might need. Walking access to beach, I was a bit concerned at the outside but once inside I could have stayed much longer. I would recommend to anyone looking for some private secluded time it was perfect for me.

Not as advertised

The description states it is 800 square ft. This cannot be true. The main room is 300 square ft and there is a queen bed as shown in the pictures which is in a 40 sq ft offshoot to the main room. The bathroom is a toilet and a shower. If you are large you will have a hard time in it. The yard is not entirely fenced as advertised. It is a block away from the beach. But I didn’t like the fact that we had to walk our dog on the Main Street to get to it. The “shack” sits about 15 feet in the rear of the main house which towers over you. The main house is also a rental. They cannot see you but this was a little uncomfortable. The trash dumpster was full and nowhere to put our garbage. I booked this on short notice and now I know why it was still available. We will not be back.

Misleading

So I stay aweekin this little cabin which was posted with misleading information. I stayed with a moldy bathroom, an ant infestation, and garbage on the floor around the bed. Do not stay here.

The info was misleading, making it seem like i had a view of the ovlcean and being able to walk to the ocean. The bathroom was moldy and the ant infestation was a little concerning.

Beach shack

Near the beach, short walk was no problem. Definitely a beach shack, perfect for us! Well laid out, very easy to get comfortable, Altho the floor is concrete so took a while to warm up the place. Also the sheets were crusty :/ and we had to change them, but they had extras east to find. They seemed laundered, but not clean. We would stay again, but we like quirky little shacks :) The most uncomfortable part was communication with Vacasa. A little expensive for what you get, with all the fees.

Worth the price

Cute and Cozy. Had everything I needed and more. The curtains could fit the windows a bit better and be cleaned. The gate on the side of the house you have to park on should be the one that is used rather than on the other side with those rock steps. Overall, I really enjoyed it, towels were clean and fluffy, heater provided if needed, extra blankets, instant hot water in the shower. I would totally stay there again.

I booked this little beach cabin for 2 days, we got to the cabin and it was nice and clean, small, but also had enough room for 2, it was enjoyable to be by the ocean as well as have a bed, on the down side, the TV was a bit out of date and glitched out while connected to the not so good wifi connection, and the little electric stove top was a bit out of date and didn't heat up very fast. But other than those small details, the experience was splendid, and well worth the price. Thank you for having us, and we will definitely book again.

We loved our stay! It was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed! There were some cobwebs and some spiders, but that was to be expected and added to the whole vibe. We appreciated having some movies to watch while we were there!

Disgusting

We had to change the blood soiled sheets upon arrival. There were dead bugs and moss growing in the window sills. Windows that either had no curtain or stained from tobacoo. Every surface had a layer of dust and the floor had clearly not been mopped in a while. I will never stay at a Vacasa rental again.

Okay for the price

The place is cute and small perfect for a couple but we were a bit disappointed when checking into the place. The bed was moved to the center and the lights were taken off the wall. There also was some leak that left a stain and smell along the wall where it meets the bed. We ended up having to clean up the place ourselves before we got to settle in for the night. There were also dead bugs and a bunch of spiders in the extra storage where the blankets were kept.

This was a cheap and cute cabin to stay in. The vibe of the cabin is pleasing and it had some cute features to make it seem more comfortable. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze in all amenities you would need in such a small cabin.

Needs electrical work and a DEEP Clean

This is NOT on the beach as picture eludes to. Dead flys on the sticky floor and live spiders. Electrical outlets and extension cords broken and not safe. TOO Rustic with holes in the old wood door and inch gap at bottom. Hot water faucet leaks a lot! If it were 90;00 w/o fees that would be ok, but NOT 205.00! Wouldn't recommend until all the above is fixed or replaced!

Property manager was a pain call with concerns and texts no resolve

Was a nice stay. Could of had Curtains on the window Call And ask the property manager about this and was given the run around. With no resolve. It had no out side chairs when we asked they said The local manager. We'll take care of that but never did never heard from him..we stayed 5 nights
