Fedrica's Ponte Vecchio apartment
Federica's house is a recently renovated apartment, equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and wi-fi. It is located in the historic center, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, in via Por Santa Maria located on the 4th floor with lift.
The apartment is bright and welcoming, has a bedroom with double bed, with sofa bed (1 place) and TV, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking, bathroom with shower, sink and bidet.
Ideal for those visiting the city, without the need to use means of transport, in fact, given its strategic position, it is in the immediate vicinity of the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden and the Florence Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, all within 5-8 minutes walk. In the nearby Via dei Bardi there is a well-stocked supermarket, which offers, in addition to food, an area with typical Italian products. Nearby you can find various shops to meet every need.
Guests with a car can choose the paid parking in Via delle Terme - Garage delle Terme (100 meters away from the house).
The apartment is about 10 minutes by taxi or 15 minutes on foot from the Santa Maria Novella railway station; Florence-Peretola airport is 20 minutes away by taxi, around 8 km away.

Merveilleux séjour
Bel appartement spacieux et situé au coeur des attraits touristiques. Tout se fait à pied. Très tranquille à l’intérieur de l’immeuble malgré qu’il soit situé sur une rue animée. Lit très confortable et toutes les commodités sont appréciées. Le seul bémol est qu’il faut aller porter nos poubelles à 3 coins de rue. Sinon tout était parfait et notre hôte a répondu très rapidement à nos messages.

Excellent location!
The location of Gabriel's apartment can't be beat. We didn't need to use public transit or cabs once in Florence. It's nicely appointed and we greatly appreciated the washing machine as we were packed lightly. The recommendations provided put us onto a great grocery store, so we were able to save a bit of cash on breakfasts and snacks.
Finding such a central stay with a lift was a blessing and there was a ton to eat, drink and shop right in the area.
The only caveat I have is there was very loud construction noise the entirety of our stay. Drilling and hammering began as early as 6am and lasted until 4pm, so light and/or late sleepers may want to confirm the renovations are done before booking.
