The personal hot tub in the room was the best. Easy to climb in and out of for older couples. Location is next to Xinbeitou MRT so access to a supermarket, restaurants and the thermal spring all within walking distance. Breakfast was good. This was our second time staying here.

Still the most reasonable place to stay for 3

We stayed here before and returned when we are back at Beitou. I would say this is probably the most reasonable place for 3 people with a room with inside hotspring. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Recommended!

The property is convenient and walkable. It faces a nice lush park. Close to Hot Spring Valley and museum, etc. The room is a bit outdated. The king size bed is not as comfortable. But the bathroom with hot spring tub and wooden floor is great. I enjoyed the stay.

Good location but run down

Good location. Walkable from Xinbeitou Station and is located just before the street starts to slope upwards. Public bath is big and can be very crowded during the day especially with those who purchased day passes. Hotel is very run down but the staff at the public bath and breakfast are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Only a few a minutes walk from Xinbeitou station, the staff were all helpful and amazing in the hotel and hot spring. In the no-clothes onsen, there were 5 pools (of which 2 were volcanic water of up to 40C and up to 43C respectively) plus sauna. The verbena shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion smelt gorgeous. We liked the novelty of a Japanese style room with tatamis and Japanese toilet too.

Breakfast includes good selections of local fares which my wife and I like. All staffs in the front desk and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The property is literally the closest hot spring resort from the mrt station. It is an easy 3 minute walk. The standard room has a large tub for hotspring bath. The tub is in relatively new and good condition. The bathroom is nice with upgraded amenities and bidet. The room itself is very basic so the emphasis is definitely on the bathing side. The breakfast offers good varieties of food. It is good enough to be described as brunch buffet. Will likely stay here again.
