"Easy access to airport"

"By far the best hotel we have stayed in the area. It would nice if the hotel has its own shuttle buses to take their guests to the key port of transportation such as airport or high speed railways. "

"Hotel is conveniently located near the Ximen subway station and has easy access to the nearby night market. Great value for the price though they could manage some of the rooms a bit better as wallpaper was peeling and bathrooms had mildew around the ceiling edges especially in the shower. Sink is 'sideways' or more rectangular and so constantly spilled water on my feet as there is also a glass shelf directly above the sink positioned inconveniently where it felt I would hit my head on it if I were to wash my face. Laundry facilities are available and gym is sufficient though located in a weird place near not so pleasant to look at rooms in the basement. Saw several cockroaches roaming around but that's probably expected in Taiwan. They offered taxi service directly to airport which was very nice and highly recommended to save time and headache. The hotel staff were very cute as well :) Overall great experience despite the cons and would consider coming back here for the price:value ratio and convenience."

"I would rate this property top of the 5 star hotel. Perfect in every aspect, however I think guest rooms need thorough cleaning once a month or so. Some area very easily to be ignored they certainly need some attention"

"As many have mentioned, it is in a great location to access everything and provides great service. Several things amazed me. The standard room is sufficient for two and has a great bathroom setup. The room has great noise insolation even facing the city. The facility is very well maintained. It's a smaller scale and older hotel than others but provides everything more than many 5-star that I've stayed."

"The check in was fast, and the location is super good and feel very safe staying there. I had some parcels to send to my colleagues in kaohsiung, plus some to leave in the hotel for my cousin to collect, all managed to get done with hassle with the help of the friendly staffs! I will definitely come back to stay next time!"
