This cozy property features one bedroom, a sleep-in study with a fold out sofa bed and a full bathroom. Dora Lee can accommodate up to four guests. She has a modern kitchen with all the essentials and a bright, comfy living room makes this a great space for exploring all of the attractions in Southern Colorado. Did you know Florence is known as the antique store capital of Colorado? How fun to go and explore olden treasures to take home with you! Dora Lee is the beautifully renovated lower-level unit of the home. There is an upper-level unit however, it is closed off and is not being rented at this time. You will enjoy the entire property all to yourself.

The home is located in the center of town within walking distance of shopping, dining and attractions. When you're ready for some outdoor recreation, there is plenty to choose from! Hiking, biking, river rafting, kayaking, and climbing are within a short drive.

DOGS CONSIDERED WITH FEE:

This is a dog friendly property, however, please notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply. A $30 per day/fee will be charged for your pet(s) and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. Two (2) dogs maximum. No drooling or excessive shedding breeds, please. Weight limit 40 pounds. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. Leashes required. Pets are welcome but please do not allow them on the beds or furniture.
