Great for Rhody Days

It looked clean and new. Lots of space for adults and kids. Definitely appreciated relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of Rhody daying it up!

Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Living areas were all upstairs. Game room/sitting area in main level. Shared driveway with another house wasn’t an issue for parking. Would stay here again in the future.

A great new place to stay near Florence.

We are pleased to leave the first review of this great place to stay near Sutton Lake. Five minutes north of the Fred Mayer store, this house is easy to reach. This rental is brand new. It has an open plan living room/kitchen. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, and one has an ensuite. The kitchen was spacious and there was just about everything you need to have a great stay.

We had a wonderful time here. I wish that we could have stayed longer. The house is very nice, everything worked great. We really loved sitting in the Hot Tub and enjoyed listening to the wild birds singing. We are planning on going back as soon as we can get away from work.

Lovely location

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable which is not the norm for rental properties. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the wind. We did notice a very strong smell of cigarettes when entering the stairwell and the garage. We did our best to get ride of the smell. The only complaint I had is there were no knives to cut or chop with when preparing meals. The steak knives did not really work. I had to purchase a knife which I left for future renters. It would also be nice to have had 1 large skillet. Breakfast was difficult to prepare with only 2 small skillets. Other than those 2 things we had an amazing time.
