“The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. Just make sure you read the instructions and……

“This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to……

“Despite receiving confirmation of our stay following the booking process, we received a message the night before our stay at the Five Suites saying we must pay our tourist tax before arrival - our confirmation clearly stating that this tax should be paid at the property (presumably on arrival). Further, the message said that we would receive instructions on how to pay, which were not forthcoming! I called Expedia that evening to complain and spoke to a young man, but he was unable to get hold……
