"My room was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating i would definitely stay there again"

"1. The door to the room was very hard to open and close. (2) The desk was not sturdy and tilted. (3) For an ADA room, the toilet was very low and difficult for a handicap person to use. (4) The bed spring, on both side of the bed, popped every time you got in and out of bed. (5) The room was clean and the air condition kept the room very cool. (6) There was plenty of parking."

"Our stay at the Ruby was even better than we expected! Everything was so clean! Was so nice to have our room cleaned and towels refreshed after just one night. Having the bar and restaurant just steps from our room was so convenient! Juan, the bartender, was a favorite! We will stay again! Thank you!"

"For a 4 star hotel the amenities seem very outdated. There are no water refill stations. They say the pool is heated, but it was so cold no one wanted to get in. There is no hot tub. They had some games out on the patio but the connect 4 was broken. There are no microwaves in the room. That seems like a standard now days even in 2 and 3 star hotels. The did have one with the ice machine. When I heard someone ask the front desk why they didn’t have a microwave in the room the front desk clerk said it is because they are a 4 star hotel, not a restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense. "

"The late night front desk person, Alan, was very helpful in getting us into our room when the lock/app interface malfunctioned. Thank you Alan! Breakfast was well below average. Just about zero protein available, even after we waited for more to be set out."
