It was just one night stay, great spacious room, very nice breakfast. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, but overall very good hotel.

Ficamos hospedados neste final de semana e foi simplesmente maravilhoso! Eu e meu marido amamos tudo! O hotel é muito limpo, organizado e com uma estrutura excelente. A passagem direta para o shopping Via Catarina nos surpreendeu positivamente, super prática! O café da manhã é delicioso, com muitas opções, e o ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente. Um detalhe que me conquistou: esqueci meu shampoo e condicionador, e o hotel já oferecia tudo no banheiro, sem miséria! Tudo impecável, com certeza voltaremos! Haaaa tem um MC Donalds na frente ❤️❤️

O hotel apresenta uma ótima estrutura e café da manhã. O único porém foi durante o check-in. Eles não deixam claro a política de pets no app do hotelaria.com e ao chegarmos lá não queriam permitir mais de um pet por quarto. Um dos funcionários foi até grosseiro conosco.

Otimo quarto Banheiro excelente Cama grande e confortável Pode melhorar: -sistema de ar condicionado central do quarto pois demora a resfriar o ambiente; -cobrar estacionamento a parte de quase R$ 30,00 e colocar o carro em local sem pavimentação, na terra, não parece razoável.

Hotel limpo e aconchegante. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários, tanto na recepção como no restaurante. Quarto limpo, cheiroso. O ar condicionado central é incômodo por ser barulhento e não ter controle remoto. Único porém foi o estacionamento não ser incluso na diária, uma vez que é descoberto e com poucas vagas.

Estacionamento ruim

Boa localização, fácil acesso atendimento foi bom, a única coisa é que o estacionamento tem poucas vagas e eles estacionam o carro dos hóspedes num terreno do outro lado da rua sem cobertura e com pouca segurança. Quando cheguei cedo, ainda tinha vagas no pequeno estacionamento da área do hotel mas colocaram meu carro nesse terreno porque tinha um evento no hotel. Não entendi essa discriminação até porque eu tinha chegado cedo. Esse serviço deveria ser melhor uma vez que cobram pelo estacionamento.
