Limpeza passou longe

Limpeza deixou a desejar. Lençóis e toalha sujos, travesseiros com cheiro de mofo /armário. Durante o dia e início da noite é tranquilo chegar no hostel, mas conforme a noite avança muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga ficam nos arredores do espaço, o que acaba atrapalhando bastante o descanso dada a gritaria e bagunça deles. Sei que não tem muito o que o hotel fazer com o seu arredor, mas isso acaba impactando a estadia dos hóspedes.

Hotel legal por dentro, mas numa zona decadente.

O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. Mando meus agradecimentos ao pessoal que cuida, são todos jovens, em especial ao Muriel, que foi muito prestativo comigo.

O espaço está bom, conforme descrito. Acesso fácil, em zona boêmia no centro da cidade. Único porém foi o ar condicionado, que não havia para esquentar e fazia muito frio em fln. Igualmente o chuveiro não esquentou muito. De resto, tudo ótimo.

O atendimento do João (checkin 20/5 ) foi muito prestativo e gentil Mas não tínhamos toalha de banho . Nenhuma ! Tivemos que apelar para uso de lençóis como toalha de banho ☹️ E nem água tinha . Nem no frigobar do quarto e pedimos na recepção - o João gentilmente trouxe um copo com água

Lugar jovem e bem localizado no centro

A estada foi bastante boa. A recepcionista de durante o dia foi super solícita e simpática. Levei minha gatinha e ela ficou no quarto sem problemas. Os ambientes são organizados, mas o quarto não estava bem limpo e nem as áreas comuns, tirando a recepção, que estava impecável. A localização é ótima! Um pouco barulhenta durante a madrugada, mas não é culpa do hostel.

Fiquei numa suíte privada.

O hotelné bom, porem as suítes frontais à rua, estão muito expostas ao barulho tílico das ruas do centro, somado a isso o hostel pronove algumas festas na sexta e sabado q aumentam o bafulho. As festas sao legais, mas quem não participa se incomoda. O hostel fica bem no centro mesmo, da pra ir a pé ao mercado municipal e ao terminal de integração do ônibus coletivo. Bastante limpo e com um ar descolado, muita gente legal se hospeda la. Com certeza voltaria!

Não fornece café da manhã, fornece apenas aos hóspedes uma garrafa térmica com café na parte da manhã. Não tem cozinha onde o hóspede possam preparar o café da manhã. Indicam apenas uma padaria próxima onde se pode tomar o café da manhã, pagando. Não fornecem sobre lençol para que, o cobertor ou manta, não fiquem em contato direto com o corpo da pessoa. Nem sempre o cobertor ou manta são lavados no check-out e com isso eles são reutilizados para uso de outros hóspedes. Isto não é higiênico. Solicitei um sobre lençol e disseram que não tinham porque foram eliminados do uso.
