Jéssica e sua mãe Tânia são escelentes anfitriãs, muito atenciosas e gentis: pessoas especiais. A casa é muito confortável, com vistas inacreditáveis. I N A C R E D I T Á V E I S ! ! O terreno aonde a casa está “ancorada” tem nada menos que 5.000 metros quadrados de puro deslumbramento: um espaço composto enormes blocos de pedras, por muito verde, por uma infinidade de pássaros sempre cantarolantes, pelas belas, doces e delicadíssimas composições em pedras sobrepostas (esculturas da alma!) concebidas pela sensível, intensa e generosa Tânia... e tudo isto, preguiçosamente, deitando-se entre um belíssimo costão oceânico e as areias da vibrante Praia da Joaquina. Achou pouco? Cubra esse pedacinho de paraíso com um céu de azul intenso ou coberto de nuvens (não importa...) e agregue o nascer do sol à esquerda e o pôr-do-sol à direita que podem ser apreciados no silêncio de um dos decks da propriedade. Imersão profunda no verde, na Praia, no mar alto de amplos horizontes, nos ventos, no céu de sol, de nuvens, de lua e de estrelas. Sou grato às anfitriãs por todo o carinho com que receberam a mim e à minha família. À Tânia, de quem guardo boas lembranças e bons sentimentos, envio meu abraço fraterno. Experiência inesquecível!,

Maravilhosa e perfeita.

A Joaquina House é realmente tudo que eu e minha família necessitamos para recarregar as energias para começar 2016 muito bem. A casa é linda, tudo muito conservado, arejado, limpo, com uma vista maravilhosa, completa. Gostaria de agradecer a Tânia e sua família por uma hospitalidade perfeita, se preocuparam com cada detalhe para a nossa estadia, tudo foi feito com muito carinho, para que nada atrapalhasse nossos dias de férias, são anfitriões que mais parecem amigos... Muito obrigada por nos proporcionar momentos inesquecíveis!!! Sempre que possível quero voltar para este paraíso!!! Bjs de Ana, Douglas, Carol e Nicollly.

Casa mais bem localizada da Ilha ! Tem uma vista inigualavel. Os donos são muito atenciosos. Locação certa!
