The loft is located in a newly opened condominium in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, a charming neighborhood with Azorean architecture, quiet streets, and great restaurants by the sea.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well-equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The 32m² property has a QUEEN BED, SINGLE SOFA BED, 43" SMART TV, AND SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
