「There is no staff. No one there at checkin. We had trouble with getting into the room. Room lacked electrical outlets and a table for a laptop. Wifi never worked for the three nights we stayed there despite a number of calls. We were in a building across the street and the wifi didn't work there, It did in the main building. The guy on the help line blamed my ineptness for not being able to connect to wifi. My wife couldn't connect and also our neighbors in other rooms. Stay in a hotel...

「Spoke to staff several times about a room. It was not communicated specifics needed till after I arrived to check in
Room was clean but outdated. No dresser… no chair to desk… none working remotes controls.. cable error…
Was not explained complimentary happy hour and beach towels
My first stay was awesome. This trip was disappointing」
