The Holy Toledo Lake House is the perfect get away from it all for fishing, family, fun and relaxation. Snuggled on a deep water cove right off the main lake between Negreet Creek and Pirates Cove, and only a 6 minute boat ride from Housen Creek, this cottage style lake house is perfect for the most die hard bass fisherman or quality family time. Newly renovated and furnished, this quaint 2 bedroom home has everything you are looking for. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, perfect for an adult couple. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin at the top, full at the bottom, and full mattress pull out. Both bedrooms come with freshly washed sheets and comfortable full size pillows. Additionally, the living room has a wood burning fireplace and a beautiful leather queen sleeper sofa that makes it comfortable to sleep 5 to 7 people in the house. This house has 2 full bathrooms, equipped with towels and wash cloths, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an electric stove, microwave, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking and eating necessities. Better yet, the house is equipped with high speed WIFI and Dish Network cable. There are 3 flat screen TV's located in the living room and one in each bedroom. Finally, perhaps the best feature of the home is a large covered back porch with ceiling fans great for cooking, grilling and hanging out, equipped a charcoal BBQ pit. Along with a outside fire pit area to enjoy a yummy marshmallow roast. Whether it is starting your morning with a warm cup of coffee or winding down a long day of fishing on the lake, this is the PERFECT place for you.

This house has a beautiful boardwalk and wharf (for boats to tie up to), with a fish cleaning station, located on the water. There is a power supply at the wharf to provide electricity for battery charging access for boats. Additionally, the house comes provided with 4 kayak’s for all of our guest to use.

For golf or relaxation, Cypress Bend Resort and Golf Course is only located 24 miles from our home. This is a world class golf course with incredible views of the lake, spa and other amenities. Also, the South Toledo Bend State Park is only 14 miles away for campers and other outdoor enthusiasts. Finally, if you have an eye for shopping, flea markets or antiques, there are numerous opportunities for you in this area to explore.

The nearest boat launch’s are Kites boat landing 1.7 miles from us and one cove over, Big Bass Marina 11 miles from us and Pirates cove is 11.9 miles from us.
