“The room was utterly despicable, and the only staff member who tried to help me was off the clock. I didn't even stay for breakfast, let alone five minutes. The second I walked into the room, I was appalled. I immediately took pictures, and left for the better hotel across the street. There were smushed dead bugs and dirty handprints on the walls, and handprints all over the mirrors. The floor was sticky and covered in hair. The beds were dirty and had hair in them. The lamps, curtains, and……

“There was roaches in the room during my stay I killed about 4 roaches There was no coffee, no water offered to the guests”

“As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least”

“A clean room with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, and small bathroom with a shower. It was a Friday night, so I guess that accounts for the loud all night party on the floor above. My first stop after I drove away I discovered that someone had hit and damaged my brand new car in the small parking lot.”
