"Awesome! Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. Great food and variety. I wish I knew the lady’s name that set it up. She put a lot of effort into it and it showed. I needed something printed. The printer in the business office for guests was low on ink. Talked to Helen (I think I got the name right) and she helped me get what I needed from the hotels printer. May seem small. But her kindness and willingness to help was much appreciated. She was great. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide a pleasant stay. A+++ Highly recommend! "

"The blackout curtains and the extremely comfortable bed make a stay here an easy choice. While the property is a little aged and worn, the kindness and courtesy of the staff make up for it. Underground parking is a plus especially given Dallas' unpredictable weather. "

"Airport shuttle worked well and the accomodation was fine. But being so close to the airport, it was (not unexpectedly) noisy from airplanes. "

"Quick check in and staff was super nice. The room was clean and had a great view of the surrounding (was on top floor and could see the toyota music factory). Walking distance to the venue i was going to for a concert. Will stay here again in the future!"
