“Room had bugs. Shower very hard to figure out to get hot water. Nozzle needs repaired. Room had a bad odor. Back side of property dirty and run down vehicles. Breakfast nothing to speak of. Checking in small lobby, worker overwhelmed, did not appreciate not getting the room I reserved (king) instead told upgraded room to two queen beds. This is no upgrade. Think this is done to customers who use 3rd party reservations.”
