「We spent our children’s school break in Iceland—it was 2 families (10 people total; 6 of which are elementary / middle school kids). This house was perfectly situated for us to see all the highlights we’d mapped out, and had ample space for everyone to sleep and relax when at the house. The outdoor area was fantastic! Wonderful spot—this made our trip!」

「Perfect location on Golden Circle. This cabin provides a relaxing getaway from the city. Super quiet, except for the interesting bird sounds! My husband and 6 year old stayed here - very comfortable bed / sofa and terrific amenities for a 6 night stay. Kerid Crater is within walking distance (tip: try the soup truck!).We highly recommend this cabin and host!」

「The property was immaculately clean, and spacious. The cooktop is only two burners, but this is more than made up for by the Nespresso coffee maker, the microwave and bake oven, and a very well functioning Weber barbecue.We all enjoyed the sparkling, clean, hot tub.While a 20 minute drive from Selfoss, this location was perfect for us for tours to Grindvik, Geysir, Thingvellir, Vik and the multiple beautiful waterfalls.」

"The property was worn on the outlook, seems being deserted for a long time. There was no hot water in the room and there was no heater in the communal washroom and communal shower! There was no shampoo and shower gel provided in the shower. There was no hairdryer in the room, not to mention any lotions or cups for brushing teeth!! The bedding seemed soiled and not changed for a long time , and have some hair on the bedsheet! This is a properly not suitable to be rented out! It should rather be demolished or totally renovated before any more bookings made! "
