“Great location for downtown Cville, stocked well, great space for our party of 7! ”

“I had the most wonderful few days staying in this studio! It’s clean, quaint, and ideally located right outside downtown, while also being a little nature getaway in the countryside. I’m planning on moving to Charlottesville, so this was the ideal place to stay to get a taste of what the area has to offer. Sara was very accommodating after some issues I had with customer service/ changing my stay dates, and she last minute ensured my stay was seamless. ”

“It’s a very nice clean property virtually in the middle of downtown Charlottesville. The only caution I have is for people who may have difficulty with stairs…..a steep flight getting from the door to the apartment. Once there it is great!”

“The apartment felt big for its size, as there was a door closing off the bedroom, and a partial wall betwen the living room and kitchen. No dedicated dining room, but the big open desk doubled as a dining room table when we had people over. Otherwise, we mostly ate at the little table in the kitchen, or outdoors on the porch. Or at the many restaurants that were mostly right across the street Belmont is a lively, charming neighborhood, and the downtown mall is easy walking distance. A lovely……

The location is amazing and great walking distance to lots of restaurants. There is a certain sewer smell now and than through out the entry bathroom area now and than. ”
