“I used the bar this time sparingly as was at a concert the nite of stay but the hotel rooms are Devine end quite nice in style and amenities ”

“The rooms were very clean, the bars and casino were very nice. We did not eat there because we were there for a concert and all the restaurants were closed by the time we got home. They do have a 24 hour bar food type restaurant. Overall it’s a great resort hotel.”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

“The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of……

“Room and hallways smelled sour casino staff very rude hard to find them none of the food places were open but one ended up ordering dominos worst experience ever and i wanted to try a new place I always stay at horseshoe I will never try a different place again bad all the way around ”

“Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!”

“After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say……

“Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere. Based on my experience, the property appears to be in need of significant cleaning and maintenance/renovation. I travel frequently and, unfortunately,……
