“We rented for our daughter’s graduation. This was around the corner from her apartment and super close to so many activities. The street noise was very loud due to a bar very close that’s open h til after 2am but otherwise was very comfortable.”

“Very clean and looked exactly how it does in pictures. Host was extremely helpful and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful and quiet place to stay while visiting Penn. The unit is attached to the main dwelling with private entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. The bedroom is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but with a washer and dryer and warm shower. The backyard is charming and relaxing to have a morning coffee while listening to birds. David has been very friendly and easily accessible when we need help. Thanks again for sharing the place with us ! ”

“Everything was great apartment was cozy and kind of romantic which was perfect for our 4 day weekend..I used to live in Philly so basically visiting my second home..only issue i had was the parking situation but i remember quickly how philly has so many people piled up on one another in apartment living so parking was limited but I found a great gem for the next tine i come back..and we will be using this location again if available..Thanks ”

“Location was perfect since my friends and I were looking for accommodations near the Penn campus. The living space is clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Be aware that there is not a single television anywhere in the apartment, though, nor a sofa in the living room. As a result, relaxing together was bit of a challenge. ”

“The accommodations were great, and we especially liked the private rooftop lounge area. ”

“The place was cramped for two and there was a constant beeping that never went away the entire time we were there!! We could NOT find the source of it. Maddening. Other than that it was what it was, esp for the price. Can’t complain too much. Amber was nice but we had some communication problems when it came to several questions we had about the property during our stay. Other than that, the location was nice and we had a parking spot that was EXTREMELY nice given the location of the rental.……
